The ‘Dream Before Dawn’ rose bush grows to a height of 80-120 cm, with flowers 5-8 cm in diameter. The yellow flowers fade to a creamy color later in the bloom, while the center of the flower becomes a deeper shade, resembling the first rays of dawn. The flowers are cup-shaped with tightly packed petals; the outer petals are fully extended, while the inner petals are slightly curled, creating an elegant overall appearance. It has a subtle tea fragrance, with a refined aroma.

The petals are relatively thick, and the plant has moderate rain resistance, but prolonged periods of rain may cause the flower buds to rot or reduce the quality of the blooms.

The plant has an upright growth habit, strong branches, and moderate disease resistance. It is susceptible to black spot and powdery mildew, especially in hot and humid environments where ventilation and prevention are necessary.

The name “Dream Before Dawn” may derive from its flower color or the visual effect when it blooms, such as pale yellow or milky white petals with a hazy gradient hue, resembling the soft light and shadow at dawn.
